The GM oversees dispatch, service, installation, customer experience, and financial performance, ensuring jobs flow smoothly from lead to invoice. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and developing technicians and office staff, while building a performance-driven, KPI-focused culture.
This role requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen (P&L, margins, KPIs), and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure. The GM works closely with marketing to align lead volume with capacity and prepares the business to scale without chaos.
Compensation & Expectations
Base salary: $75,000โ$90,000
Performance bonus: up to 15% (KPI-based)
Growth bonus: 1% of net revenue growth
Full-time, in-person, results-driven role (45โ50 hours/week)
